     Services for William D. Edwards, 51, owner of Bill Edwards Trucking Co., here, will be a 10a.m. today in Mortensen-Kings Funeral Center, 1020 W. Washington.

     Mr. Edwards, 6030 S. 13th St., died Saturday in Phoenix VA Hospital.  Born in Lindsay, Calif., he moved to Phoenix 45 years ago from Tulare, Calif.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

     Survivors include his wife, Thelda; a stepson, Melvin K. Etter; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy McClelland, both of North Hollywood.

     The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.  Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
