 Highway Accidents Result in 12 Dead

SAN FRANCISCO (UPI) -- A series of multi-fatality accidents contributed to the traffic toll in Northern California during the weekend.

Dee A. Huggins, 49, Fresno, was killed Sunday when a runaway pickup truck struck the car in which he was riding on Highway 101 near Monterey
