Mrs. Ruby Lindeen

POMPEYS PILLAR -- Mrs. Ruby Opal Lindeen, 70, of Pompeys Pillar, died at her home Wednesday night

She was born in Sullivan, Ky., Dec. 24, 1895.

Mrs. Lindeen was married to Alvin Lindeen in Wellington, Kan., March 28, 1918.

They came to Montana in 1918 and settled in Pompeys Pillar where she lived until her death.

Survivors include the widower; one daughter, Mrs. Lolla Duncan of Oakland, Calif.; a son, John D, of Pompeys Pillar; a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Nunn of Harrington, Kan.; a brother, Earl Bruce of Harrington, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will bee 2 p.m. Friday from the Congregational Church at Ballantine with the Rev. Gale Anderson Officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasantview Cemetery at Ballantin.  Smith's Funeral Home is in charge.
