Martha Rutherford

SARCOXIE, Mo. -- Mrs. Martha Agnes Rutherford, 76 years old, Kansas City, died at 4:50 o'clock Tuesday morning in the McCune-Brooks hospital at Carthage where she had been a patient one month.

Born November 14, 1891, at Liberty, Tenn., Mrs. Rutherford had lived in Kansas City the last 50 years.  Her husband, Ardo Rutherford, died January 9, 1968.

Surviving are a brother, Horace Burkett, La Russell and a sister, Mrs. William Ramsey, Sarcoxie.

Services will be at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Ulmer-Moss chapel at Sarcoxie with the Rev. Henry Pittman officiating.  Burial will be in Cave Springs Cemetery near La Russell.
