Thomas C. Young Rites In Vernon

Thomas Charleston Young, 86, of Vernon, father of Mrs. Bill Gagnon, 3312 53rd St., died Tuesday at Ray's Hospitality home, where he had lived the past 18 months.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Vernon Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Vernon Cemetery under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Vernon.  Lubbock arrangements were made by Henderson Funeral Directors.

Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ross Morgan, Littlefield, Mrs. J. W. Hodges, Arlington, and Mrs. Jane Beard, Vernon; 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
