William Smith Hull

HOUSTON -- William Smith Hull, 78, brother of an Amarillo man, died yesterday

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in Naday Funeral Chapel with Dr. Presnall Wood, pastor  of Park Place Baptist Church, officiating.  Additional services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Hampton-Vaughn Funeral Chapel in Wichita Falls with the Rev. Wendell Hull, officiating.  Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery at Wichita Falls.

Mr. Hull had been employed by McCarty-Hull Cigar Co. in Amarillo.  He had lived in Houston for 14 years.  He was a member of Park Place Baptist Church, Joseph Kemp Masonic Lodge, and KCCH Scottish Rites of Dallas.

Survivors include his widow, Verna; one son, Merle of Abilene; two daughters, Mrs. Eulene Chandler of San Jose, Calif., and Mrs. Verna McKelvey of Houston; two brothers, Lee of Austin and V.C. of Amarillo; one sister, Mrs. Ola Wilkins of Houston; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
