Paul Perryman Services Tuesday

Funeral services for Paul C. Perryman, 69, of Herrin, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Shonson's Funeral Home, Herrin.

The Rev. Jettie Vaughn will officiate.  Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery, Marion.  Friends may call at the funeral home.

Mr. Perryman, who lived at 311 N. 14th St., died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the Styrest Nursing Home, Carbondale.  He had been in ill health for nine months. 

Mr. Perryman was a retired typsetter and a veteran of World War II.

He was born Jan. 24, 1902, in Paducah, Ky,, the son of James and Lillie Moore.

He is survived by sisters, Mrs. Esther Beers of Herrin and Mrs. Mary Pfister of Belleville.
