Services for Ross Lamar Smith, 50, of 911 Caffey Drive, Oxford, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home chapel with Charles Box officiating.  Burial will be in Oxford Memorial Gardens.  The body will be at the funeral home through services.  Mr. Smith died Saturday in Oxford.  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Tammy G. Nichles of Leeds and Miss Tina Smith of California; a son, Lamar S. Smith of Birmingham; his mother, Mrs. Daisey Smith of Oxford; three sisters, Mrs. Elenor Eason and and Mrs. Phalon Saab, both of California, and Mrs. Sarah Cash of Ohatchee; four brothers, James Smith of Oxford, Buddy Smith of Atlanta, Larry Smith of Anniston and Wayne Smith of Texas; and a grandchild.  Pallbearers will Harvey McCoy, David Watts, Doug McKenzie, Bruce Lane, Bobby Webb and Joe Sumure.  Mr. Smith was a resident of Calhoun County most of his life and a Korean War veteran.
