SCOTTSDALE - Friends of Fay Burkett Spradling, 76, who died April 1, 1984, at Scottsdale Christian Home, may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School.  Mrs. Spradling, of Scottsdale, was born in Arkansas and moved to Arizona in 1928 from Tomahawk, Ark.  She was a member of the Scottsdale Baptist Church.  Survivors include her daughter, Mary Thorwaldsen; sons, Robert, Everett and Leroy, a sister and a brother; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.  Contributions may be made to the -American Cancer Society."
