Gail B. Winter, 69, of Colorado Springs died July 30, 1991 in Houston.  He was a retired Plumber.

A memorial service will b at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2609 Bott Ave.  Cremation has taken place.

Mr. Winter was born April 28, 1922, to Artie M. and Ruth (Bartlett) Winter.

He is survived by two sons, Gail Jr. and Douglas, both of California; and two daughters, Sherry Jean Streeter and Debra Kay McLaughlin, both of California.
