Mr Steven Michael Wlasichuk, 30

ESCONDIDO - Memorial services for Steven Michael Wlasichuk, 30, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Memorial Chapel in Visalia.

Mr. Wlasichuk died Wednesday.

He was owner of a pest-control business.

Surviving are two daughters, Stephanie Wlasichuk and Amanda Wlasichuk, both of Chula Vista; parents, Michael Wlasichuk of Visalia and Alexis Jones of Chula Vista; two brothers, David Jones of Chula Vista and Gordon Wlasichuk of Visalia; three sisters, Pennie Jones of Chula Vista, Pam Hickson of Novato and Julie Ann Wlasichuk of Visalia; and a grandparent.
