HUGGINS, David Isaac- Age 66, Nov. 10, 1992.  Mr. Huggins served as Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Davidson Academy.  Postmaster of Nashville from 1971-1983.  A member of Judson Baptist Church.  Mr. Huggins is survived by wife, Alma Gene Huggins; daughters, Ruth Ellen Evans and Nancy H. Baron; son, Michael D. Huggins; eight grandchildren; sister, Charlene Jewell; brother, Clyde G. Huggins; half brother, Joe D. Huggins.  Visitation will begin on Wed. morning at 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 7 p.m.-9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the Church.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 12, 1992 at 1:00 p m. in Judson Baptist Church with Dr. Raymond Langlois and Dr. Clyde Cutrer.  Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.  Active Pallbearers: Steve Evans, Michael Baron, Bobby Johnson, Warren Johnson, Dan Jewell and Bob Blankenship.  Honorary Pallbearers: Active & Retired U.S. Postal Service Group, The Board of Trustees of Davidson Academy and the Bible Class for Adult Men of Judson Baptist Church-The Pathfinders.  The family request that Memorial Contributions be made to Davidson Academy or to Judson Baptist Church.  Arrangements by WOODLAWN FUNERAL HOME, 383-4754
