MADERA - Graveside services for Shirley Phillips, 48, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Arbor Vitae Cemetery.

Mrs. Phillips died Wednesday.

She was a sales clerk with Wal-Mart.

Surviving are her husband, John; four sons, Marty Smith, Billy Smith, Jonathan Phillips and Scotty Phillips, all of Madera; one daughter, Janie Phillips of Madera; three brothers, Richard Cheatham, David Cheatham and Kenneth Cheatham, all of Madera; five sisters, Alice Burrough of Fresno, Pearley Peevey of Garden Grove, Jeannie Bayless of Selma, Panzy Anglin of Madera and Linda Graves of Anderson; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jay Chapel.
