Best Funeral Services.  James Andrew Meeks, 48, of Phoenix, a real-estate broker, died Aug. 25, 1993.  He was born in Tucson and was a past president of the Arizona Association of Real Estate Exchangers.  Survivors include his wife, Sherrie; daughters, Stacie, Heather and Amanda; son, Scott; mother, Dora Lee; and one brother.  Services will be private.  Arizona Cremation & Burial.
