 ROSA LEE WELCH

Memorial services for Rosa Lee Welch, 62, of Fresno, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Oak Room at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel.  Mrs. Welch, a homemaker for 40 years, died November 24.

Tinkler Mission Chapel is in charge.
