Barbara J. Lane Modesto Bee, The, August 7, 1996
Barbara Jean Lane, 34, of Modesto died Saturday at Stanislaus Medical Center. Mrs. Lane was a native of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. She lived in Modesto 19 years. She was a former manager for Clothes Time Stores in Stockton and Lodi for six years. She was a member of the Greater Church, Modesto. She is survived by her children, Stefanie Lane, Audrey Quigley and Kirk Patrick Quigley, all of Modesto, and Christopher Patrick Lane; stepchildren, Rebecca Stewart and Eddie Stewart, both of Stockton; parents, Kirk and Cleda Lane of Modesto; brothers, Kenneth Lane of Modesto and Kevin Lane of Turlock; sisters, Rachel Lane of Turlock and Niki Lane of Modesto; grandparents, Elmer and Audrey Wallace of Modesto and Louise Eisenhower of Empire; and great-grandmother, Anna Frields of Anderson; and one grandchild. A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Ceres. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at McHenry Chapel of Franklin & Downs.
