MILLETT, DEBORAH H., 44, of Pinellas Park, died Thursday (May 1, 1997) at home.  Born in Oakland, Calif., she came here in 1980 from Woodbridge, Va., and was a Methodist.  Survivors include her husband, Jim; a son, Eric Melvin, Virginia; a daughter, Patricia Millett, Pinellas Park; her mother, Dorothy Harbach, Virginia; three brothers, Ned and Mike Harbach, both of Virginia, and David Harbach, St. Petersburg; and a sister, Patricia Undercoffer, Virginia.  Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes, Bob bitt Chapel, St. Petersburg.
