Lula Barker Davenport, 94, of Wichita Falls died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998, in a Wichita Falls hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Crestview Memorial Park with the Rev. Don McAnnally officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Mrs. Davenport was born Feb. 18, 1904, in what is now Foster, Okla. She was a homemaker and had lived in Wichita Falls since 1920. Survivors include a daughter, Verna Mae Davenport of Wichita Falls; a sister, Gerea Hull of Houston; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Obituary |
