Cathy A. Lellman

Cathy A. Lellman, 48, of Montgomery, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 1998, at Elmwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born October 21, 1949 in Chicago.

She was employed by the City of Naperville.

She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Oswego.

Survivors include three aunts, Pat (Fred) Senne, Lillian Brewer and Harriet Miller, members of her family through marriage, Phyllis Lellman, Jim (Jane) Lellman, Mary Kay (Frank) Solazzo, and Sue Dolf) Schaschwary, and many dear and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lellman and her parents, Robert and Lorraine Hayes.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:30am on Friday, March 6, 1998 at Dieterle Memorial Home to a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Anne's Catholic Church.

Fr. Dan Stempora will officiate, with interment at Lincoln Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday at Dieterle Memorial Home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Lellman's memory to the Cancer Society or St. Anne's Trust Fund.  Arrangements handled by Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Aurora, 897-1196.

Cathy Ann Hayes Lellman, 48, of Montgomery, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 1998 in Aurora, Illinois, after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lellman, and by her parents, Robert and Lorraine (Brousek) Hayes. She is survived by her aunts, Pat (Brousek) Senne, Lillian (Hayes) Brewer, and Harriet (Hayes) Miller, all of Alsip, IL, and by her family through marriage: Phyllis Lellman, of Montgomery, Jim (Jane) Lellman, of Buffalo Grove, Mary Kay (Frank) Salazzo, of Bartlett, Susan (Dolf) Schaschwary, of Elburn, and very many close and dear friends. She was employed by the Village of Naperville, and will be fondly remembered there.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 1998, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Dieterle Funeral Home in Aurora, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 6, 1998 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Oswego, IL.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
