Bonnie J. Spurlock, 89, Independence, MO, passed away December 1, 1998, at Hidden Lake Care Center, Raytown, MO.  Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 4, at Glenwood Park United Methodist Church, Independence; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice or to the church.  (Arrangements: Geo. C. Carson & Sons Independence Chapel)
