DALLAS -- Lottie Monana Addy, 89, a secretary, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999, in Dallas.  Graveside service: 2 p.m. Saturday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.  Open visitation: Friday at Shannon TCU Funeral Chapel.  Lottie Monana Addy was born on May 6, 1910, in Ardmore, Okla.  Survivors: Brothers, Robert Burkett and Clifford Burkett; and several other relatives.  Shannon TCU Funeral Chapel 3015 Merida, 926-3314
