BAKER Billy Ray "Bill", 70, of Oklahoma City, died Saturday, September 18, 1999. He was born February 24, 1929 in Vernon, TX. Our Precious Lord has taken our Daddy's hand and walked him through the peaceful valley to a life that is everlasting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross & Elva Morgan, three brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Vivian of the home, three daughters, Nita Campbell and husband Daryl of Edmond, Lorina Baker of Athens, GA, Janelle Ramsey and husband Mark of Azle, TX, three sons, Michael Baker and wife Ethelene of Still water, OK, John Baker of Farmers Branch, TX, and Jay Baker of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sister, Betty Stracener, brother Bill Joe Morgan, and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 21, at Bill Merritt Funeral Chapel Bethany, with Rev. Jerl Joslin officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
