Eugene L. Wells San Pedro Valley News-Sun, December 22, 1999
Eugene L. Wells, of Benson, died on Dec. 10, 1999 at the Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, at the age of 78. He was born in Burlingame, Kansas. Eugene was a Department of Defense supervisor. He was an Arizona resident for 55 years, he resided in the Benson area for 30 years. Eugene also was a member of the American Legion Post #7 and a lifetime member of DAV in Tucson. Eugene is survived by his wife, Bettye Wells of Benson/J-6; and one brother, Jack Wells of Overbrook, Kansas. Services will be held over to a later date.
