FREDONIA -- Hope Elaine Henson, 75, Neodesha, died Friday at Neosho Memorial Regional Center. A memorial graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Fredonia City Cemetery with the Rev. Dave Cheshier officiating. A memorial has been established in her name with the North Shore Animal League and can be sent in care of the funeral home. Timmons Funeral Home in Fredonia is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Henson was born Sept 28, 1924, in Fredonia, to Bruce A. and Eunice (Burkett) Hayes. She was a homemaker and a computer programmer for Taylor Corporation. She married Dale Henson in 1942 and he preceded her in death Dec. 29, 1971. She was a member of the National Sheriff's Association and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Survivors include one son, Jimmy Henson, Neodesha, one
daughter, Tonina Hendrix, Heodesha, two sisters, Lillian Brewer and
Harriet Miller, both of Chicago, Ill., five grandchildren and two
