Funeral services for Carol Ann Jackson, 65, of Burleson were held Thursday, January 3 at the Burleson Church of Christ.  Burial was at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.

Mrs. Jackson died Saturday, December 29, 2001, at her home.  She was a retired public school teacher.

She was born June 22, 1936.  She was a volunteer at Huguley Memorial Medical Center and enjoyed the company of her dogs.  She was a member of the Burleson Church of Christ for 34 years.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by her son, Michael Jackson of Mexia, Texas; daughter, Michele Jackson of Fort Worth; brother-in-law, Walter Marler and wife, Jo Ann, of Lovington, New Mexico; niece, Barbara Wiebe and husband, Heath; nephew, David Marler and wife, Shawnlee; grandnieces, Taylor and Hallie Marler; aunt and uncle, Bill and LaRue Jackson.

Mountain Valley Funeral Home of Burleson handled the arrangements.
