David Martin Moore

David Martin Moore, 60 St. Augustine, died suddenly Aug. 12, 2001 at St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville.  He was born in Harrisburg, Ill. on April 13, 1941 to Ethel and Rollie Moore who survive him.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had resided in St. Augustine since 1959.  He had been a long-term employee of Northrop Grumman Corp. and was a member of Church on the Rock.  Dave was much loved by everyone who knew him.

He was the beloved husband of Audrey Ridge Moore, cherished father of sons Daryl, Alan and Bradley, step-daughters Carole, Cathy and Carmen, and step-sons Eric and Alain.  He is also survived by a sister, Kathy Farmer, Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Chuck Moore, Dallas, Texas, Tom Moore, Westville, N.J.; and 11 grandchildren.

A celebration of Dave's life will be held at Church of the Rock, 2995 Varella Ave., St. Augustine, Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., followed by fellowship at the adjacent youth center.

Kotrady-Hudgins-Croyle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
