Terry Lebron Minton Sr., 55

Sparta resident Terry Lebron Minton Sr., 55, died Nov. 11 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.

A truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran, he was the son of the late Hershel and Olavene Waters Minton; and was preceded in death by sister, Reva Cope.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Vinson Minton; children, Terry Jr., Raymond and Ronnie Minton, Mike Bryan and April Watson, all of McMinnville; brothers, Stanton Minton of McMinnville and Larry Minton of Scottsboro, Ala.; sisters, Dee Hall and Brenda Minton, both of McMinnville and Eva Medley of Nevada; grandchildren, Terry, Lee, and Michelle Minton, Mark, Amber, and Leanne Watson and Aaron Fann; several nieces and nephews.
