David Anderson WATERS, age 72 Of Lebanon, died Thursday, February 14, 2002 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashvilile following a lengthy illness.  Mr. Waters, 72, was born February 3, 1930 to the late Henry and Tressa Dean Waters.  The owner of Greenwood Nursery, he was a member of College Street Church of Christ.  He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Hackney Waters of Lebanon; daughters, Gayle Loftin of Nashville and Kathy (Steve) Foster of Lebanon; grandchildren, David, Zachary and Rebecca Foster of Lebanon and Jason Williams of Nashville; and sister, Kathleen (John) Sewell of Donelson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Dean Waters; and sister, Margaret Reed; & son-in-law, Michael Loftin.  Services for Mr. Waters will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 17 at Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bro. Larry Locke officiating and Bro. Randall Newman assisting.  Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 16, 4-9 p.m. and Sunday, February 17, 12 noon till service time.  Active Pallbearers will be Jim Andrews, Dwight Farris, Al Partee, Mack Gilbert, Lewis Simms, Dale Garr, Donnie Freeman, Rick Stewart.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Uncle Pete's employees and patrons, Billy & Rose Price, Jim & Linda Hailey, Raymond & Denise Harris, Frank Neal, Dan Smith, Jerry Freeman, Jack Evans, Sammie Forbes and Mike Agee.  PARTLOW FUNERAL CHAPEL, (615) 444-7007.
