Charles Buck Wheeler, 55

Funeral services for Charles Buck Wheeler, 55, of Brownwood, were held at 10 a. m. Tuesday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Carroll officiating.  Interment followed in Eastlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Morris Funeral Home.  Mr. Wheeler died Friday, August 30, 2002 in Abilene.

He was born April 27, 1947 in Dallas, Texas.  He married Judy Elaine Watson in Brownwood on May 18, 1991.  Mr. Wheeler was a truck driver for the Brownwood Bulletin.  He had lived in Brownwood for approximately 20 years.  He was a Baptist.

Mr. Wheeler was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.  Survivors include his wife, Judy, of Brownwood; daughter, Debbie Dean and husband, Mike, of Coleman; mother, Wanda Brashear of Stafford, Arizona; sister, Doris Sparacino and husband, Dave, of Malakoff; sister, Evelyn Rice and husband, Don, of Malakoft; brother, Larry Brashear and wife, Laurie, of Stafford, Arizona; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorials be sent to Aldersgate or local charity of choice.
