TALLADEGA - Services for Robert E. Clevenger, 70, of Talladega, will be today at 2 p.m. at Usrey Chapel with Glenn Graham and Jackie Bentley officiating. Burial will be in Eastaboga Baptist Cemetery with Usrey Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Clevenger died Friday at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Ann Clevenger of Talladega; a son, Jeff Clevenger and his wife, Dianne, of Talladega; and a grandson, Drew Clevenger. Pallbearers will be Darrell Ingram, Johnny Badders, James Grevas, Bobby Graham, Dick Pettis and Tony Haynes. Mr. Clevenger was a native of Calhoun County and lived in Talladega most of his life. He was a Baptist and a Korean War veteran. He was a member of the American Legion and was owner of Clevenger Pattern and Aluminum for more than 40 years. After retirement he worked as a consultant to Lawler Foundries in Birmingham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Louise Clevenger; and a brother, Lonnie Clevenger.
