Wilma Nunn

Wilma R. Nunn, 72, Pratt, died Aug. 6, 2003, at Pratt Regional Medical Center.

Born Jan. 17, 1931, at Tampa, she was the daughter of the late John and Helena (Ottensmeier) Backhus.

She moved to Pratt from Herington in 1961, then to Alliance, Neb., in 1976 and back to Pratt in 1983.

She was a housekeeper at PRMC.

She was married to Harold Nunn May 6, 1951, at Tampa. He survives.

Other survivors include sons Kelly and Scott, both of Pratt; daughter, Mrs. Anthony (Debbie) Giocabetti of Pratt; seven brothers, Emil and Adolph of Herington, Harry of Leavenworth, John of Enterprise, and Herb, Edwin, and Wilbert, all of Pratt; three sisters, Alma Meyer and Frieda Bentz of Tampa, and Ella Heidemann of Decatur, Ill.; six grandchildren; and others.

Services were held Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Pratt, with burial at Greenlawn Cemetery there.

A memorial has been established with PRMC.
