 John D. Moore, Sr. born on Aug. 28, 1921 and passed away on Jan. 1, 2004.  John is preceded in death by his parents & wife Dixie of Moore in 1985 and 1 grandson.  He is survived by his children John D. Moore Jr., Derek Moore, Jonita Herdon, Carolyn Woodard, Rita Turner & Pamela Jones & several grandchildren & great grandchildren.  Graveside services are 2:00 PM Monday, January 5, 2004, at Resthaven Memory Gardens in OKC. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
