Carol A. Russell Pruitt Anniston Star, The, September 9, 2005
OXFORD - Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Ann Pruitt, 60, of Oxford will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Gray Brown-Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Antioch Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Pruitt died Wednesday at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Survivors include; two daughters, Heidi Meyers and her husband, Eric and Jennifer Pruitt, both of Oxford; one brother, Larry Russell, his wife, Bonnie, of Ohatchee; three grandchildren, Zachary Ingram, Haley Meyers, and Madison Meyers, all of Oxford. Mrs. Pruitt was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County, was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by husband, Charles Pruitt, and brother Billy Russell.
