Karen Suzette "Susie" Yeakey TRUMANN -- Karen Suzette "Susie" Yeakey, 44, of Trumann died Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the family residence. Born at Trumann, she lived there all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Viva Drive Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Frankie E. Yeakey of the home; two daughters, Cassie Leann Cubit of Trumann and Sonya Nicole Cubit of Jonesboro; her parents, Rhew "Buster" and Martha Bales of Trumann; a brother, Johnny Bales of Memphis; and her grandmother, Hazel McCorkle of Tyronza. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Joe Spangler officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Lyle, Bill Rothenberger, James Moore, Mike Wiley, Robert Horton and Raymond Asher. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was a housewife and member of the Viva Drive Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Frankie E. Yeakey of the home; two daughters, Cassie Leann Cubit of the home and Sonya Nicole Cubit of Jonesboro; her parents, Rhew "Buster" and Martha Bales of Trumann; one brother, Johnny Bales of Memphis and her grandmother, Hazel McCorkle of Tyronza. Funeral services were Friday, Oct. 28, 2005 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Joe Spangler officiating. Burial followed at the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.
