ROBERT CARLISLE BLAIR
Born Jan. 16, 1948. Died March 9, 2006.

Design engineer, 27-year Colorado Springs resident.  Survived by two sons, Robie and Tim.  Visitation, 1 p.m. Tuesday, with services to follow at 2 p.m., Sunnyside Christian Church, 2025 N. Murray Blvd.  Burial, 10 a.m. Wednesday, Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area B.  All Veterans Burial and Cremation.

Msgt Robert Carlisle Blair (Retired) Jan 16, 1948 - Mar 9, 2006  Robert C. "Bob" Blair passed away peacefully into the care of the Lord on March 9th, 2006 after a short and difficult fight with cancer.  He had been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 27 years.  Bob was born in Harlingen, TX, on January 16, 1948.  He entered the Air Force in January 1967.  Much of his career was spent at NORAD in power plant management at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex.  He retired in June of 1987.  Since 1990 he had been employed as a Sales/Design Engineer with Electronic Systems International in Colorado Springs.  Bob loved his family, friends and the mountains.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing and golf.  Bob married Stephanie J. (Little) Blair on July 6, 1991, who survives him.  He is also survived by his son, Robie C. Blair; his wife, Michelle Blair; and three grandchildren: Alessandra, Vincent and Julia Blair, all of Colorado Springs.  He is also survived by his son, Timothy B. Blair of Huntington Beach, CA and his
brother, Scott Blair of Garland, TX.  Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Harry W. and Dorothy L. Blair.  Services will be held at Sunnyside Christian Church, 2025 N. Murray Blvd., on Tuesday March 14, viewing at 1:00 p.m. and services at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Wednesday, March 15 at 10:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to: The American Cancer Society, the Pikes Peak Hospice or a charity of your choice.
