Jill Stark Perryman The Oklahoman, April 4, 2006
Jill Stark Perryman, died on March 31, 2006 at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center while undergoing a liver transplant. Born January 24, 1977 in Oklahoma City, Jill lived in Nicoma Park and attended Nicoma Park grade schools. She was an accomplished Elite gymnast with Dynamo gymnastics. In 1995, she graduated from Choctaw High School where she was a cheerleader for three years. After graduation, she attended Rose State College and was employed at the Center for Healthy Living and Spears Chiropractic, but her Crohn's Disease began to take its toll on her and she retired due to her health. She met the love of her life, Michael Harden in April of 2003, and they embarked on life's journey together, which ultimately led them to moving to Pennsylvania in September of 2005. Jill is preceded in death by her older sister Cami; beloved grandmother Jean Colmore; grandfather Dr. John P. Colmore; cousin Brendon Lauderdale; father Robert Perryman; paternal grandparents Robert and Idabel Perryman. Jill is survived by her mother Betty; fiance Mike; niece Whitney and brother James; also survived by aunts: Carolyn Lauderdale (Jerry), Tina McKimmey, Nancy McCracken (Bob), and Frances Freed (Tim); uncles: Jack Colmore (Susan) and James Colmore; cousins: Ian, Sean, Siri, Max, Shiloh, Dawn, April, Chris, Emily, Devin, Garrett, Alyssa, Kaitlin, Taryn, Scott, Alex and Blayne; nephew, Sean Bright, and a host of friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Philip Miner and staff of Oklahoma City; nurses: Josh and Courtney, Dr. Moore and the Transplant team, neurosurgeon, and the staff of the 5th floor Transplant Intensive Care Unit at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center for their wonderful care of Jill.
