James D. Taylor Anniston Star, The, February 23, 2006
Anniston - Funeral services for Mr. James Donald Taylor "Tiger", 46, of Anniston will be 11 a.m., Friday at Lloyd's Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Greg Jones officiating the service and Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory in charge. Burial will follow at in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends on this evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Mr. Donald Taylor went home to be with Jesus on Monday the 20th at Parkwood East Hospital in Tennessee. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Jo Taylor of Mobile; son, Adam Taylor of Anniston; daughter, Amber Taylor Green of Anniston; one grandchild, Nathan Green; two brothers, David Taylor of Mobile and Danny Taylor and his wife, Kim of Mobile; several nieces and nephews; and several aunts and uncles. Pallbearers will be Johnny Lewis, Ricky Nunnally, Little John Smith, Donnie Lewis, Eric Nelson, and Justin Bowen. Mr. Taylor was born and raised in Anniston and attended Alexandria High School.
