Glenn H. Blackard, 75, Clarksville, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center.  The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jim Graves officiating.  Burial will be in Yarbrough Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.  Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
