Arch is survived by his two children, Amy Pike Taylor and husband Adam of Asheville, N.C., and Joshua Pike and wife Anne Teillet of Huntsville; his life partner, Judy Cameron; and her two daughters, Holly Tuzzolo and husband Keith of Slingerlands, N.Y., and Bonnie Cameron of Memphis; and four grandchildren.
