Carrie Pauline Patterson

Carrie Pauline Patterson, age 88, of Trafford, left this walk of life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Feb. 11, 2008.  Mrs. Patterson was a member of Trafford Church of God and Sunday school teacher many years.  Funeral services were held at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home on Feb. 14, 2008 at 2 p.m. with burial in Masseyline Cemetery.  Bro. Lawrence Prince and grandson Keith Brewer officiating.  Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her husband Walter W. Patterson, son Kenneth E. Patterson, father and mother Lewis and Elizabeth Johnson, sisters Christine Johnson, Francis Patterson, Bobbie Jean Cannon, brothers Ray Johnson, Roy Johnson and Robbie Johnson.  Mrs. Patterson is survived by son Rev. Billy W. Patterson and wife Barbara, whom cared for Mrs. Patterson for the past six years, daughter-in-law Cindy Niblett Patterson, seven grandchildren Gayla (Mark) Mayfield, Leman (Charlotte )Patterson, Veronica (Keith) Brewer, Keith Patterson, Craig Patterson, Karla Patterson, Nancy (Les) Sisson, 12 great-grandchildren Sandy Carl (Mandy) Stockley, Carrie (Ben) Hill, Brandy Patterson, Walter Chase Stephens, Kyle Patterson, Trevor Sisson, Micah Stephens, Garret Sisson, Annah Reese, Jennifer Justice, Ally Brewer, Daniel Brewer and one great-great- grandchild Justin Hall and sister-in-law Judy Johnson, and Peggy Johnson; a special niece, Janice Sue Griffen and a host of many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews and many, many friends and other extended family that will miss Mrs. Patterson deeply.  Pallbearers for Mrs. Patterson were Leman Patterson, Graig Patterson, Les Sisson, Keith Patterson, Chase Stephens, Mark Matfield and Sandy Carl Stockly and Trevor Sisson.
