Libby Ridlespurge

Libby Ridlespurge, age 81, of Bessemer, AL went home October 15, 2008.  She was a member of The Church of God for 56 years and served as a Pastor's wife for many years.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Wesley; two sisters and two brothers.  She was a loving mother who is survived by her: sons, Don, David (Carolyn) and Steve (Tennie) Ridlespurge; grandchildren, Jay, Misti, Tim, and Heather; sister, Helen Holder, and; brothers, Floyd and Ray Hudgins.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 20, 2008 at The Church of God, 1912 4th Avenue, Bessemer, with interment following at Highland Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Gene Hopkins officiating.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.  Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home is honored to serve the Ridlespurge family.
