Preslie Jaide SLATTON
(February 7, 1997 - December 21, 2008)

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Preslie Jaide Slatton, age 11, was born February 7, 1997 and died December 21, 2008 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN following an extended illness.

She was a student at Warren County Middle School and member of the Bybee Branch Church of Christ.  She is survived by her father and step-mother, Jim Slatton and Mandy McClure of Morrison, TN; mother and step-father, Tracey and Mark Fields of McMinnville; two brothers, Josh Holland of Hawaii and Tucker Slatton of Morrison, TN; two sisters, Kaylee and Kirsten McClure both of Morrison, TN; paternal grandparents, Jim and June Slatton of McMinnville; maternal grandparents, James and Martha McBride of Rock Island, TN; maternal grandmother, Linda Pegg of McMinnville; two aunts, Crystal McBride of Tyler, TX and Julie Myers and husband, Johnny of Mt. Juliet, TN; cousin, Andy Slatton of Mt. Juliet, TN and several other family members and friends.  Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in High's Chapel with Steve Hillis and Eben Gilbert officiating.  Burial followed in the Webb Cemetery @ Bluff Springs.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Preslie Slatton service at any Regions Bank.
