Homer "Lee" Wilson

Homer Lee Wilson passed away at his home, Friday, March 28, 2008.  Lee, as he was known by his family and friends, will be missed.

Lee was born February 3, 1927, in Stroud, Oklahoma, to Harvey and Janie Wilson.  He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1953.  On March 15, 1973, in Medford, he married his beloved Charlene, who survives.  He is also survived by three daughters, Sharon Emery, of Modesto, Calif., Donna Machado, of Hilmar, Calif.; LeeAnna Pierce, of Trail; two sons, Carey Foster, of Central Point, and George Biddle, of Phoenix; 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son, Johnny, four brothers, and a sister.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking.  Through the years he made many friends, far and wide, from his CB radio hobby.

Lee was laid to rest April 3, 2008, at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Salinas, Calif.
