LeRoy Glenn, 67, passed away Monday, April 6, 2009 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He was born February 14, 1942 in Bell, California to Walter and Della (Sebastian) Chamness.  LeRoy was employed for 27 years with General Motors before retiring in 2006 as a material operator.  LeRoy was a proud member of the UAW Local 1999 and a 32nd degree Mason.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, OU football and NASCAR.  His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sports activities.  He is survived by his wife, Mary his mother, Della Blaney one daughter, RaNee Byrd and husband John of OKC one son, James Carpenter and wife Tina of Bethany one brother, David Chamness and wife Teresa of CA one sister, Sharon White of Moore 5 grandchildren, Moe, Brittni, Joshua, Kristin and Lindsay and one great grandchild on the way.  He is preceded in death by his father daughter, Karen L. Stone son, Daniel J. Barbee and granddaughter, Melissa Danielle Barbee.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 10, 2009, in Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
