Funeral services for Bobbye Jo Henry, 78, will be conducted at Lake Tawakoni Church of Christ at 11 a.m. Friday with Randy Reagan officiating.

Graveside services will be held at Eastview Cemetery in Vernon at 2 p.m., Monday with Lynn Harris, Roger Kirby, Don Kirby, Don Madden, John Bayer, Aaron Henry and Ron Leach serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 2, 2009, at Lake Tawakoni Church of Christ.

Bobbye Jo Henry passed away at her residence the evening of June 29, 2009.

She was born in Vernon on Aug. 21, 1930, the daughter of George Wesley and Maude (McWaters) Smith.

She married Raymond E. Henry, in Vernon on Sept. 3, 1946; he survives.  Mrs. Henry was a homemaker and a member of Lake Tawakoni Church of Christ.  Other survivors include a son, Drew Henry and wife Tae of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughter Ricki L. Henry of College Station; a sister, Exa Beauchamp of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; grandchildren Drew Henry, Joelle Rosentswieg, Suzann Henry Grant, Tina Henry and Ariel Bobbye Rosentswieg; great-grandchildren Aaron, Michaela, Wesley, Blake, Raylynd, Brandon and Piper; and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and two brothers.

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home of Sulphur Springs.
