HACKNEY, Marvin Hugh Age 85 of Lebanon, TN, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010.  He was a member of Maple Hill Church of Christ and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  Mr. Hackney was the son of the late Virgil C. and Cora White Hackney.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Anne Hackney, and 6 brothers and 6 sisters.  He is survived by sisters, Mary (George) Goodall of Mt. Juliet, TN and Glenna (Mac) McKinney of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters-in-law, Donna Rhea Hackney of Mt. Juliet, TN, Gladys Hackney of Murfreesboro, TN, Allie B. Hackney of Murfreesboro, TN and Ola Mai Hackney of Lebanon, TN; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, and special friend, Debbie (Johnny) Mitchell of Lebanon, TN.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Ligon and Bobo Funeral Home, 241, W. Main Street, Lebanon, TN with Bro. Wayne Miller and Bro. Myron Keith officiating.  Interment with Military Honors will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.  Active Pallbearers will be Mike Goodall, Van Goodall, Tim McKinney, Graham Hackney, Aaron Hackney, Johnny Mitchell, Gary Doebler and Tim Edwards.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Hackney, Don Simpson, Billy Conatser and Jim Hailey.  The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Marvin's church family at Maple Hill Church of Christ, and to the staff of Elmcroft.  Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Maple Hill Church of Christ, 102 Maple Hill Road, Lebanon, TN 37087.  Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. until service time Thursday, at Ligon and Bobo Funeral Home.  Arrangements by BOND MEMORIAL CHAPEL, N.
