Irene Roberts was born September 1, 1915 in Ramah, Colorado to Clem and Etta Roberts. She passed away peacefully in her sleep March 14, 2010 at her daughter's home in Colorado Springs, where she had been residing. She married Calvin "Snooks" Maytubby who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Jeanne Stewart, two grandsons, four great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a brother Frank Roberts. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 18, 2010 from 4-6 p.m. at Swan-Law. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with burial at Simla Cemetery, Simla Colorado. A reception to follow after graveside service. Memorial contributions can be made to Pikes Peak Hospice. 825 E. Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. She is now at peace in her saviors arms.
