In Loving Memory of Debbie Phillips

To all of you who know and love Debbie,

Debbie went to her Heavenly Home on Monday, May 2nd, surrounded by loved ones.  As you know from her various posts, she fought her 2 year battle with ovarian cancer with amazing strength and attitude – a true inspiration to us all.

Something she wrote in the midst of her fight:

"I see life through different lenses….and it is a wonderful gift and beautiful journey.  It is what you make it when you are sick and in good health.  LIVE EVERYDAY WELL AND TO THE FULLEST!"

So wise… may we all take her advice to heart.

We miss her dearly, yet know she is at peace and continues to be with us in spirit. If you have fond memories or photos you’d like to share in her honor, please feel free to post those to her wall. May we all find comfort and peace in our fond memories.

Thanks to all of you for being a part of Debbie’s journey in this life and for being there for her.

In her loving memory,
Debbie’s family

P.S. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation in Debbie’s honor be made to the El Camino Hospital Foundation
          (www.elcaminohospital.org/foundation).

Please specify the donation go to the Cancer Fund.  The staff of doctors and nurses at El Camino provided Debbie with excellent care through her many months of hospitalization.  El Camino became a place of comfort and hope for Debbie during her long battle with cancer.
