Lynne Anne Hughes
Lynne Anne Hughes, age 71, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012, at her home. She was born September 8, 1940, in Los Angeles, Calif. Lynne was preceded in death by her father, Noel Leon Westbrook; mother, Virginia June Fry Hennessy; step father, James Donald Hennessy; and brother, James Donald Hennessy, Jr. She was survived by her husband, Floyd "Skip" Hughes, of Mt. Pleasant; son, Kenneth John Berryhill, of Lafeyette, Colo.; daughter, Jane Lee Carter, of Mt. Pleasant; grandson, David Michael Carter, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; brothers, Brian Kent Hennessy, of Mt. Pleasant, Patrick Steven Hennessy, of Dallas, Texas, and Michael Dennis Hennessy, of New Milford, Conn.; sisters, June Marie Wilson, of Arlington, Texas, Mary Laurel Hennessy, of Tigard, Ore., and Karen Louise McCrary, of Grand Prairie, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, March 30, 2012, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at 11 a.m., at the Tennison Memorial United Methodist Church, Rev. Chuck Huffman and Rev. Sandra Boyd officiating. Burial will be held at the Farmers Academy Cemetery in Mt.
