James Richard (Richie) Gillespie, 36, of Madison passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013.  Mr. Gillespie is preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Mitzi Gillespie and grandfather Almon Majors Sr.  He is survived by his wife Lana Pruitt Gillespie, sons Joey Ronnie Gillespie and Evan James Gillespie, mother, Cynthia Himes and husband John "Pops", father Richard Gary Gillespie and wife Carroll, three brothers Steven Gillespie, Robert Gillespie and wife Lindsay and Jonathan Himes and wife Amanda, a sister Kristina Ciraldo and husband Kyle, father-in-law and mother-in-law Ronnie and Sandy Pruitt, grandmother, Marjorie Campbell three nieces Alexis, Alyssa, and Haileigh, a nephew Jaxson, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family will receive friends Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home.  Funeral will follow at 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with Pastor Cecil Dunson officiating.  There will be a graveside at Maple Hill Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers make donations to your favorite charity.  Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
